1. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 — record-keeping

We do not produce, create, host, store, or distribute any sexually explicit or adult content. Our service is a software tool that operates on accounts and platforms that our users connect and control. Accordingly, 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A do not impose record-keeping obligations on us as a producer. Any obligation to create and maintain age-verification and consent records for content lies with the users and the platforms that produce, upload, or host that content. By using our service, you confirm that every person depicted in, or who is a subject of, any account or content you connect is an adult (18+) who has consented, and that you comply with all applicable record-keeping and age-verification laws.
